LynxBuild

Platform: Windows (32-Bit), Developer: Self, Release Date: 6/10/2010, Development Time: A few hours.

Notes:
LynxBuild is a simple C application designed to build 128KB, 256KB, 512KB, 1MB, and 2MB+ cartridges for the Atari Lynx from object files generated with Bastian Schick's BLL kit. As the Lynx requires separate bootloaders for each of these individual cartridge sizes, four are included. One for each size, the last of which sees double use for 1MB and 2MB cards. An updated cartridge access library for BLL is also included which supports more than 32 files on the cartridge, and the 1MB card capacity. 1MB builds require A19 to be tied to the AUDIN pin of the Lynx’s cartridge port as shown in the card below. 2MB cards required the upper 1MB to be triggered by /CART1 on the Lynx’s cartridge port. LynxBuild’s source is freely available and you may modify it to suit your own needs.
